The ELTA-ELSE Development Projects are committed to strengthening the state university system by contributing to the development of its human resources. A range of initiatives targeting areas such as outcome-based learning, learner-centered teaching, blended learning, improvement of English language skills, and developing socioemotional skills were organized with the aim of enhancing the quality of the undergraduate teaching-learning experience.
